My first (and maybe EVER?) attempt at making corned beef and cabbage.
Supposedly, I am not drinking enough Guinness to make it delectable! (for the record, I do NOT drink Guinness (aka SLUDGE?!) and I bought it only to use for the corned beef recipe :P)
